Knits, Knits, Knits, oh how love my knits. Hats, sweaters, dresses, shirts gloves, the possibilities are endless. The great thing about this trend is how comfy it is. It is always the best when you look great AND are super comfortable. If you live in a cold area, such as Toronto, they are great for keeping warm. Finally, i remember to take a picture of myself. Hopefully i can keep it more regular.

For a graduation gift, i got a stay at the Royal York Fairmont Hotel in downtown Toronto. Naturally i took my sister; the perfect girls weekend. We went shopping, had peaceful dinners, and just relaxed. I bought the most AMAZING grey over-sized knit sweater from H&M. I will have to take a picture of my favorite outfit to wear with it. It, so cozy, i love it. Knits are one of my favorite trends for the fall season. I will do a whole post on the trend later. I  also bought the new Sophie Kinsella book, Mini Shopaholic. I have never been so excited in my life, it's great so far. I have been really busy, or i would have finished it already. On our last night, we watched Toy Story 3 in the hotel room. I have never cried so much in my entire life. It was actually quite embarrassing. Two teenage girls spending the weekend in a hotel downtown, spending their Sunday night watching Toy Story 3 and balling their eyes out. I do recommend the movie to anyone that hasn't seen it. One of the best Disney movies ever!

I hope to do my post on knits a little bit later today. I have a very long day ahead of me. I've been up since 5:30 am, i get out of school at 4:15, then have to start babysitting at 5:30. I won't even have time to go home first. No thanks to the TTC which rakes 1 hour to get home, when i live 15 minutes away.
Oh well, gotta make money to go shopping.

New Jimmy Choo UGGS

UGG has done a collaboration with the wonderful shoe designer Jimmy Choo.

I don't know what to say without being to harsh. I like UGGS and I like Jimmy Choo's, but what was going through their minds when they designed these boots. Animal print is a very very hard thing to do, and theses boots was not the way of going about it. I don't mind some of the plain boots (the ones at the top), but the animal print is just "yucky". On top of the horrible design of them they are crazy expensive.

Even Celebrities Make (Obvious) Mistakes

I woud just like to let everyone know, that even though i love Miley Cyrus so much, i DO NOT support her recent choices in clothing. There is never a reason for anyone to leave the house in a t-shirt and no bra. I don't care if your a AA or a DD(although this is much worse). It's just plain nasty and not appropriate. There is no need for it, bras are very comfy now a days thanks to Victoria's Secret. That picture made me want to cry, how could anyone punish the rest of the world like that. I know i sound kind of selfish, but your not hurting yourself(well kind of) , you are hurting me.

PHOTOGRAPHY

All righty people. To make my blog a little more interesting(and less about Miley Cyrus), i am going to post some of the photographs that i have taken. I am not a photographer, but i do LOVE the art of photography. I don't want to brag, but i think i have a pretty good eye, when it comes to taking photos. They don't really have anything to do with fashion, but whatever. I recently got the Canon Rebel as a graduation gift (one of the higher levels, i don't remember which), and i LOVE it. It takes the most beautiful photographs i have every seen. It just makes me so giddy thinking about the future possibilities. I want to take a day and just go downtown and take pictures, i live in such a beautiful city and i should take advantage of that.

I am not into the whole "pose for me" feel in pictures. Most of my photos were taken when people were not looking or (if it's my brother) he did the poses himself. I think he may be a natural born male model. My sister on the other hand, hates with a passion when i take her picture. Yet, i have more of her than anybody else. I like to say that she "naturally poses". She will just do the perfect poses with out even knowing, and i take advantage of that. When i post the pictures, i will explain what was going on, and what was going through my crazy little head.

 I am so excited to share these with you, i hope you love them as much as i do.

Round Sunglasses

I was going to try and give you a break form Miley Cyrus, but its all i have right now. My obsession may be getting out of hand.
This is one of my all time favorite outfits. It is so adorable and edgy. The shorts are just beautiful. Lace is so in right now, and it's a hard fabric to pull off. If i ever met Miley, the one question i would ask is "Where did you buy those lace shorts?" The first time i saw these pictures, i totally squealed like a five year old girl. Miley has the tiniest body to pull of these daring looks.
Those are my fave boots, they sell the at Stoneridge for like $300, hence why i don't have a pair. They go with everything, they are the perfect mid height, and super comfy (i couldn't resist trying them on).
This is just another prime example of Mileys amazing vintage jewelry collection. It's a great asset to every girls wardrobe. The necklaces can funk up even the simplest of outfits. Distressed skinny jeans and a oversized white v neck t shirt....add a cute necklace BAM.....style queen.
Now, on to the main eye catcher of the outfit.The sunglasses, totally vintage John Lennon, just in time for his 70th. This is such a great vintage look, and the sunglasses add such a great look to the rest of the outfit, they complete it.

On The Go Stylish

OMG.....i totally just realized how to make the pictures bigger..YEA!!

It's Miley again, and I love her. This is so cute, it's very relaxed and casual. The pants are sooo adorable, and can be either dressed up or dressed down, as shown now. I am in desperate need of a pair, the boots as well. This is an outfit to slip on when you have a bunch of errands to run during the day, and your not a sweatpants kinda gal. It's comfy, but stills shows that you are a fashion conscious person. I Love the hat and the sunglasses as well, very simple accessories, but they make all the difference. I have a huge hat obsession, and from experience, if you just add one to an outfit, its a huge transformation.
Don't even get me started on that GORGEOUS Chanel bag, every girl should have one in her closet. Sadly i don't.........yet.

Gothic Floral

Miley Cyrus is one of my favorite celebrity inspirations. She has such a great look , that i just love. I am a big fan of neutrals and black especially. She doesn't wear color very much, maybe on the nails at most. There are a lot of black, lace, cheetah and vintage pieces. I admit she does have some problems *cough bodysuits cough*. But, other than that i have a lot of photos of her, and i apologize in advance for the massive spree of Miley.

This is a great combination, because the dress is so short and so tight, the over-sized sweater is great. I balances out the outfit so it is not to slutty. The sweater also adds a lot detail to the outfit. The floral designs makes the outfit more creative.
That is one of Miley's favorite necklaces, and one of mine as well. It's has such a great style to it. I am still on the search for the perfect vintage looking necklace like that. It goes with everything, and you will see the versatile ways when i post more of Miley later.
The booties are super cute as well. They are very simple which is good with the sweater and the necklace.

Thigh High Purple Boots

I love these boots. They are a gorgeous suede and leather mix. Its really hard to pull off  thigh high boots without looking like a hooker. I think that Demi Lovato did it very well. She put them with soft & girlish items, which gives the boots a much softer look. The purple of the boots are also very in right now.

Outfit One

This is me

The funny thing about this outfit is that i got pretty much everything from H&M. Someone asked and as i was thinking about it, i was like wait, it's all from one store. Then i thought of my outfit from the day before and everything was H&M as well. I think i may have a small obsession with that store, it's not healthy.
I just bought that scarf, and if u ask my sister, she said it hypnotized me. I was talking to her while waiting on line to buy a shirt, and i saw it across the room. I just stopped talking and walked over to it, and told her i had to have it, so i got it. It was the last one and i am so happy that i saw it. I don't have the bracelet on in the picture, but i was wearing a bracelet from Aldo. It looks like several little vintage gold coins. Hopefully i will take some pictures of myself everyday, i have so many things i'd love to share
